Your Taxlady in Colorado cares about its clients, both great and small. If you are a single taxed individual or a self-employed person or small business, we have the background and knowledge to make it easier for you to file and keep on track of your finances and taxes. We care about you and we take pride in our attentiveness.

Our fees depend on the forms we use and prepare for you throughout the year and generally start at $85. We do not outsource any of our work and have a full staff of tax preparers, bookkeepers and payroll employees. We can cover homeowners and their property deductions on a Schedule A, a small self-employed business (even in-home) on a Schedule C with the quarterly tax preparation or the complicated Education Credit forms for college students. We know how to write off business expenses properly and to the letter of the law with all the new revisions constantly bombarding the business owner.

Usually I do most of the small business tax preparation myself annually, with an in-house proof reviewer to check my work for mistakes or missing discounts. We prefer to monitor your taxes throughout the year, especially if we can assist you in your bookkeeping or review status from time to time to make sure you are on track financially. We feel the earlier and more often, the better for you to stay on track and us to be organized. Since we also do payroll, we can set up QuickBooks online to do monthly or quarterly payroll and assist you in any needed quarterly deductions or tax payments. We cover all your bases for you so you can make money instead of being worried about what is due when and for how much.

Our clients can take advantage of unlimited calls, emails and contact and we do audits bill-out at a minimum of four hours for $300.00. We also send monthly email news, mail out quarterly updates and have a Facebook listing for more tips and ways to save you money.

We did then and now do still cater to small businesses and personal/business tax problem solving.
